The Zia Singers, led by Artistic Director John Tiranno, is a nonprofit community chorus in Santa Fe, New Mexico, whose mission is to promote the joy of women’s choral singing through public performance, education, and outreach. Membership includes a diverse group of women of all ages (currently 20s through 80s) with a wide range of prior musical experience.
Zia Singers started back in 1993 with a small group and is now comprised of 60+ voices. Currently, we perform 4 main concerts per year -- in January and in the Spring. In addition, we perform at the Roundhouse at its opening session week and create special events with arts partners, as well as community and educational outreach projects.

We are planning to kick off our 2026 / 2027 season with a fall fundraiser.
The event will be held at a private residence and features iconic Santa Fe pianist DOUG MONTGOMERY as well as our own director, John Tiranno, and his wife Elizabeth Young, who will perform a few musical selections with Doug.
