

The Zia Singers, led by Artistic Director John Tiranno, is a nonprofit community chorus in Santa Fe, New Mexico, whose mission is to promote the joy of women’s choral singing through public performance, education, and outreach. Membership includes a diverse group of women of all ages (currently 20s through 80s) with a wide range of prior musical experience.
Comprised of up to 60 voices. Currently, we perform 4 main concerts per year -- in January and in the Spring.

BE A ZIA SINGER​

🎶Pasatiempo features our wonderful signer, Kris Meurer! She'll be at the Zia Singers side signing while we sing this beautiful concert for you. SHE THE PEOPLE features the choral song cycle "Washington Women" and other songs of inspiration such as "I Lift My Lamp" with music by Katie O'Connor-Ballantyne and words from the poem of Emma Lazarus. Her famous words are inscribed on the pedestal of the Statue of Liberty.🎶
Kris will perform sign language conveying both words and musical messages at this weekend's Zia Singers concerts.
